Payment

• We ask that estimated insurance co-pays be paid at the time of service.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
• We offer Care Credit Financing. This is a health care credit card with low interest rates to help pay for dental services.
• If you anticipate having difficulty paying your insurance co-pays, please discuss the situation with Ruth our office manager to help make arrangements PRIOR to the work being completed.


Insurance

• We will happily file your insurance claims.
• You are responsible for costs not covered by your insurance.

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellation.
• Our goal is to help your child achieve and maintain good oral health; however, if you fail to show for 3 appointments in a 12-month period you will be asked to seek treatment elsewhere.
